Heng is a compassionate Massage Therapist and Manual Osteopathic Therapist dedicated to restoring balance, relieving pain, and enhancing well-being. She graduated from the Massage Therapy program at MH Vicars School and the Manual Osteopathic Therapy program at the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada (MOCC). Guided by the belief that true healing arises from the connection between mind and body, Heng creates personalized treatments that nurture both physical and emotional harmony.

With a calm and thoughtful approach, Heng builds trusting relationships with her clients, listening deeply to understand their unique needs. Her areas of expertise include Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish Relaxation, Sports Massage, Hot Stone, and Prenatal and Postnatal Massage. She also integrates Manual Osteopathic Therapy to assess and restore the body’s natural structure, rhythm, and flow.

Heng’s goal is to help each client move with greater ease, reduce stress, and experience renewed vitality—creating space for lasting healing and balanced wellness.
