Noelle is a compassionate and intuitive wellness practitioner dedicated to helping clients achieve balance, strength, and inner harmony. A graduate of Vicars School of Massage Therapy (2019) and proud member of the NHPC, she has continued to grow her practice through advanced training in dynamic cupping, self-myofascial release, and assisted stretching. Noelle specializes in therapeutic and sports massage, remedial exercise for pain relief and recovery, manual lymphatic drainage, and relaxation massage.

Guided by a deep passion for holistic healing, Noelle expanded her expertise to include Hypnotherapy and Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT), training with world-renowned hypnotherapist Marisa Peer. As a certified Hypnotherapist and member of the International Institute of Complementary Therapists, she integrates mind–body techniques to support deep, lasting well-being.

Noelle is also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, trained in hatha, vinyasa, ashtanga, restorative, and yin yoga. She teaches pranayama (yogic breathing) and meditation, blending mindfulness and movement to create a deeply restorative experience.
